Officer Fife and Gomer are pleased as punch that you did so well with the parking application controller. Now, like any good civil servant would do, they have turned their attention to city finances. They would like you to develop a method that saves parking ticket records to a database. The database should store license plate numbers, date issued, and amount the ticket was issued for.  They have requested that the license plate number be the primary key of the database.
