Assessment Case Section 2

Due to the recent outbreak of a new deadly strain of swine flu named the Barney flu the student heath center needs a way to keep track of those who have been diagnosed with symptoms of the Barney Flu.  Your job is to create a method that will save the information about infected individuals, and return the data.  This data should be grouped by the first letter of the students last name since it is thought that Barney flue may inflict people with certain names more than others.
